There are no refunds! You can receive credit for a cancellation, but you must notify us you need to reschedule. Calling right before class does not count, that does not give us enough time to get someone else on your pole. Please notify us 24 hours in advance. We can put you in a class at a later date. Classes sell out fast, as we only allow one lady per pole. We hold your registration and when you cancel it wastes a spot that could have been filled by a potential student we turned away for that class. For this reason, once you pay to hold your spot, consider yourself busy at that time - because there are no refunds. Your pole is paid for whether or not you are on it. If you are unable to attend your class or can no longer come use your monthly membership it is your responsibility to contact Tucson Pole Fitness to arrange a future time for you to continue your classes. We will NOT hold spots in class that are not paid for, you must pre pay or put a deposit down for a class. Deposits are non refundable. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
