Class begins with a boot-camp style warm-up, moves onto a movement drilling and combination session including a long shimmy drill, and ends with a yoga-inspired cool-down to keep those muscles long, lean, and flexible.

Spin pole is introduced in this class if students wish to work on spin pole. Learn to control momentum and how to pose the tricks ad spins you already know on a spinning pole.
SEXY SIREN'S SPIN CLINIC
Your instructor will select a different spin each class, break it down, polish it, and fine tune it. The spin will then be featured in a sexy routine taught during the balance of the class. All fitness levels welcome as technique and smooth execution will be emphasized.
