This class is mandatory  to drop into our pole fit classes.  This class is one hour long and is for those who are curious about pole fitness  and are beginners. You will learn the basic techniques of pole and it gives you an idea of what to expect in our pole fitness classes.  Pole spins, the basic climb, and a routine will be taught.  You need skin to stick to the pole  when you climb.  You will be on the pole in this class so wear the appropriate clothes, shorts, tee, bring socks.  No dance experience is needed.  We will NOT hold spots in class that are not paid for, you must pre pay for a class and payment is non refundable  There will be no class if we are unaware you plan on coming, so call, email, or pay online Please arive 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice required   If you purchased a reservation on a pole please make sure you can make your class!  NO Call No Shows, or cancellations right before class forfeits your right to reschedule. If you are LATE to class the ladies on the waiting list get in 1st.  Please be to class on time or you may lose your reservation to someone on the wait list.  It is not fair to keep them waiting. If this happens We will re-schedule your Intro To Pole class. If we re-schedule your Intro to Pole because you were late, and you do not show up to your second reservation, you lose the right to the reservation.

AFTER I ATTEND INTRO TO POLE, THEN WHAT?

              
After you complete Intro To Pole you can attend any of our beginning Pole classes.  They are found on the calendar page of this web site.  Do not show up to any intermediate/advanced pole classes.  You must learn all beginning moves and have permission by instructor to attend Intermediate Pole classes. You do not have to reserve you pole for any drop in pole classes, just show up. 

POLE FLOW

Pole Flow is a class you wear leggings or if you prefer, shorts and we have knee pads.  A dance routing will be taught around the pole.  The emphasis in this class will be on form and execution of movement keeping the flow of the routine and the poses beautiful and connected.  This class is a good idea for beginners who are new to pole as well as ladies who need help with connecting their pole moves together seamlessly.  Heels, or socks, ballet flats toe pads are a good idea, no bear feet.


BEGINNING POLE

After your Intro To Pole Class, show up to beginning pole   You must master all beginning pole moves before you can attend intermediate pole classes.   Beginning pole will help you get comfortable with the new hand grips, learn the basic static holds, transitions, spins and invert. Wear shorts!

POLE DANCE
We will begin with strength training on the pole using pole poses and static holds.   You will learn a variety of tricks and spins, learn to climb the pole, sit, and invert on the pole.   In this class we will work on smooth transitions smooth and  movement.  Spin Pole will be used also.  Bring your high heels to this class if you wish or bring socks!



Pole Burn

This class starts with strength and conditioning, using pole poses, static holds, and strength holds and work using the pole and your own body weight. Small pole combinations will be learned and done in repetition, using both sides of the pole for a good workout. Advanced students can advance their moves

POLE BOOT CAMP! 

Pole Boot Camp will help you blast fat and keep it off. Intense cardio pole fitness strength training. The goal in this class it to keep your heart rate up with spins, pole strength poses, climbing, transitional moves and floor work all while learning to control your moves to create fluid transitions and controlled pole work. Be prepared to work hard and see results. Tricks and spins are taught with  options for easy to more advanced so depending on your level and strength, you will be challenged. If you are not use to working out, this is a great way to start!        

 CLIMB SIT AND SPIN CLASS
This Class is designed to give you more practice perfecting your spins, and getting use to climbing and sitting and inverting  on the pole. We will work on breaking down spins, and perfect the technique so they flow and you land gracefully. 

Spin pole is introduced in this class if students wish to work on spin pole.  Learn to control momentum and how to pose the tricks ad spins you already know on a spinning pole.


OPEN POLE

Open Pole is for you to come practice on the pole, no instructor present with you in room 2.  Open pole is during any Intro To Pole class or Private Party scheduled on the calendar.  You  must have an unlimited membership to come to open pole.

 

POLE WORKSHOP 
Pole Workshop is for you to take what you know, and learn to be creative and  put your moves together to make a routine.  Those who wish to turn on spin pole may do so!  Use inverts, sits, spins, transitions and floor work! We will also work on learning to create and keep momentum on spin pole, this is a fun class which will allow you to get a good workout with you moving continuously through your pole moves. Don't worry if you are not creative, we will help you.  Put together a mini routine! If you are working on your own routine, bring your music and ear pieces.



What To Wear?

POLE DANCE: shorts, tennis shoes, socks or heels. 
LAP DANCE: Leggings, Please do not wear shorts!  and bring heels.
