24 hour notice required If you purchased a reservation on a pole please make sure you can make your class! NO Call No Shows, or cancellations right before class forfeits your right to reschedule. If you are LATE to class the ladies on the waiting list get in 1st. Please be to class on time or you may lose your reservation to someone on the wait list. It is not fair to keep them waiting. If this happens We will re-schedule your Intro To Pole class. If we re-schedule your Intro to Pole because you were late, and you do not show up to your second reservation, you lose the right to the reservation.

AFTER I ATTEND INTRO TO POLE, THEN WHAT?
After you complete Intro To Pole you can attend any of our beginning Pole classes. They are found on the calendar page of this web site. Do not show up to any intermediate/advanced pole classes. You must learn all beginning moves and have permission by instructor to attend Intermediate Pole classes. You do not have to reserve you pole for any drop in pole classes, just show up.
POLE FLOW
Pole Flow is a class you wear leggings or if you prefer, shorts and we have knee pads. A dance routing will be taught around the pole. The emphasis in this class will be on form and execution of movement keeping the flow of the routine and the poses beautiful and connected. This class is a good idea for beginners who are new to pole as well as ladies who need help with connecting their pole moves together seamlessly. Heels, or socks, ballet flats toe pads are a good idea, no bear feet.
After your Intro To Pole Class, show up to beginning pole You must master all beginning pole moves before you can attend intermediate pole classes. Beginning pole will help you get comfortable with the new hand grips, learn the basic static holds, transitions, spins and invert. Wear shorts!
