Fitness For the Female Form
These fitness classes are designed to keep you from getting bored and help you get back into your bikini! Targeted for where ladies want to work them most.  Join the ladies who have already lost weight, gained strength, and made friends at Tucson Pole Fitness.  Expires 30 days from your 1st class (Pole classes, Lap Dance Workshops NOT included)

Hardcore 101
Ready for flat, sexy abs?  Hardcore 101 will hip you achieve just that.  Hardcore is a low to medium impact class where we'll work on strengthening and firming your core.  Bring water wear tennis shoes. 

Sexy Fit
We're bringing it back, last summer ladies raved about this class, full body low to medium impact.  We'll use our own body weight, mats, and small apparatus to work head to toe.  Great for overall toning and firming.  Bring water wear tennis shoes. 


  Glute Camp
If you're trying to get that Apple Bottom or Honkey tonk Bedonkadonk, or if you just want to look good from the back, Glute Camp is your class! This is Boot Camp For The Booty, One hour of hardcore moves to help tone, firm, tighten and lift your derriere and get you back into your skinny jeans, or bikini, Bring water wear tennis shoes.

Zumba
WE NEED A ZUMBA TEACHER!
Zumba classes start Tues, 8 am, Wed, 8 am, and Thurs 9 am, you must pre-register for this class!  5 ladies needed to hold class, please call! 
Fuses Hypnotic latin Rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system featuring interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat, and having fun!

Belly Dance
Want to move like Shakira?  The original art of "sexy" dance, Belly Dance is a fun way to burn calories, work your core, get your abs in shape, and learn to move your body.  We'll learn hip circles, figure 8's, belly rolls, flutters, sexy chest pops and play with veils. Shimmy and hip pop your way to a fitter, sexier you

What To Wear?
Belly Dance: Yoga or gym attire is fine, as long as you can move in it, or have fun and wear a flowing skirt. Feel free to bring a coin belt or wrap, we have a few to loan out, and veils are provided.  We belly dance barefoot so it's a great excuse to get that pedicure you were thinking about!

Fitness Classes:  Shorts, tennis shoes, tee shirts, are fine, comfortable work out clothing. 

Chairobics:  High heels are welcome in this class!
